Buyer Rebate/Buyer Refund Disclaimer

Estimated Buyer Savings or Special Offers amount is not guaranteed and maybe offered to the buyers as various different incentives, such as: Buyer Rebate, Buyer Refund, Cash Back, Commission Refund, and other incentives. The actual amount may vary and is subject to lender's approval, final purchase price, the minimum gross commission received by the agent, and the refund amount or refund percentage that the agent offers. Commission refunds are available in certain limited areas only and are not available in states where prohibited by low. The states that are currently have laws that ban rebates are: Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee, or any other areas where we choose not to offer rebates. Agent commission refunds are arranged and paid at the end of escrow by the real estate agents that HomeZoom partners with, not by HomeZoom. It is applied to the settlement statement at the time of closing and cannot be deducted from the sales price or given as cash at closing. In order to qualify for the rebate, you must be enrolled in the program and be referred to and represented at closing by an agent or broker, with a participating real estate brokerage firm, referred to you and approved by HomeZoom. Buyer Rebates are subject to negotiation between the buyers and their real estate agent. We recommend that the buyers discuss any Buyer Rebate eligibility, specifics, and how much refund the buyers qualify for directly with their real estate agent and lender in advance and see full terms and conditions in your buyer-broker agreement and agency disclosure.
